Yes I know that modern home builders Austin look great, and that there are some very innovative upgrades to the new homes that are built these days. Add in the energy efficient options, and think about all the mistakes that have been made in the past when it comes to home construction like asbestos siding. But are these newer homes actually constructed better than homes in past decades?
My answer is I really don't think they are. Look at all the manufactured products and how they are made cheaper these days. Use vehicles as an example, too. They may have more perks, look great and utilize more technology, but they aren't built like they were in the past.
